In an ever-changing world, the need to continuously monitor your location and develop your course is key. Indeed, the potential for an unexpected event or two in the voyage means that charting a direction for the future has never been more important. Whilst we in Anguilla are proud of our historic financial services products we are not, nor ever will be, complacent.

Over the next few months the Government plans to enact some innovative legislation to allow us to continue to compete at the highest level and to provide our clients with the products that they want and need. But that will only be the start of the developments we hope.

The financial services jurisdictions of the world are all having to change to meet ever more demanding supranational requirements, and we will continue to strive to satisfy them.

But it’s not only that is changing.. The post- COVID world will definitely be different, the emergence of new technologies and industries will provide solutions and significant opportunities… And Anguilla will continue to work with many experts to ensure that Anguilla’s product is well suited to ongoing requirements.
